The Council resolved to subscribe 30 guineas for the relief of British prisoners in France following the receipt of a circular letter from the Secretary to the Committee at Lloyds for organising the subscription. (193r)

The Council approved the sale by public roup of the lease for one year of the Pack House and Weigh House Dues to Thomas Sangster, advocate in Aberdeen, on behalf of John Saunders, merchant in Aberdeen, at £171, £30 of which being allocated upon the Weighing Dues of Tallow Fat. (192r - 192v)

The Council approved the sale by public roup of five acres Scots of the Town's Commonty situated on the north side of the new Skene Turnpike Road, opposite the Lands of Kingswells and immediately north of the muir ground lately feued to George Thom at Huxterstone, to John Troup in Backhill of Countesswells at 20 shillings per acre. Standing caution was his brother Alexander Troup, residing at Borrowstown. The Council also approved the application from the said John Troup to purchase an additional couple of acres of adjoining ground at the same rate of feu duty and remitted to the magistrates the sale by public roup of the remainder of the Town's Commonty next to John Troup's feu. The Council remitted to the magistrates, Dean of Guild and Treasurer, or any three of them, the application from Collison, Pirie & Company to purchase the windmill and accompanying piece of ground presently rented by them at 20 shillings per annum. (193r)
William Copland, advocate in Aberdeen, was appointed to continue in the office of Collector of Taxation for the City of Aberdeen with an allowance of £40 for the expense of collecting and risk of bad debt. Sureties were offered by Mr George More and Mr Alexander More, merchants in Aberdeen. (193r - 193v)

The Council set 23 May 1811 for the Perambulation of the Town's Inner Marches and the Visitation of the Bridge of Dee and the Bridge of Don. (193v)
