The Council allocated the Poor's Funds for 1815. The following allocations and additions to pensions were made.
Patrick Scott, mason in Aberdeen - £6
George Henderson, late baker - £8
John Harvie, merchant - £5
Margaret Leith, widow of John Garden, late Clerk and Treasurer of the Infirmary and Burgess of Guild - £3 for herself, and two orphan bursaries, one of £4 and one of £3 for two of her children
Christian Paterson, widow of William Paterson, bookseller - £5
Janet Rolland Darling, daughter of the late Mrs Patricia Rolland or Darling, residing in Edinburgh, being a near relation of Mrs Catharine Rolland, the mortifier - 15 guineas
Elizabeth Baird or Masson, daughter of Charles Baird, manufacturer - an orphan bursary of £4 for one of her children
Elspet Davidson, widow of John Bruce, merchant and Burgess of Guild - an orphan bursary of £4 for one of her children
Elizabeth and Jean Duffus, daughters of the late Alexander Duffus, residing in Aberdeen, and Burgess of Guild - £3
James Taylor, infant son of David Taylor, sugar boiler in Aberdeen, thereafter in Glasgow, and a Burgess - an orphan bursary of £3
Rachel Smith, daughter of James Smith, maltster - £4
Ann Deans, residing in London, widow of James Buyres, late Burgess of Guild - £5
Mrs Ann Burnett, widow of the deceased John Burnett, bookseller - £5 (since dead)
Mary Duguid, daughter of James Duguid, Burgess - £4
Jean Cadenhead, residing in Aberdeen - £2 per warrant
William Mortimer, bookseller - an additional £2 per warrant
George Lawson, son of James Lawson, merchant and Burgess - an additional £2 per warrant
Isabel Brander, daughter of the late Alexander Brander, merchant and Burgess - £1
Jean Gibbon, widow of Arthur Gibbon, merchant and shipmaster - an additional £2
Ann Cruden, widow of David Robertson - an additional £2
The Council remitted to the magistrates to determine from which Funds the different sums were to be paid, and to continue the pensions payable by them. The Council also remitted to the magistrates to consider any other petitions from those who appear to have no claim on the Town's Public Funds. (47r - 48r)
