The Council resolved to present an address to the Prince Regent expressing their sympathy on the death of Queen Charlotte. [Address engrossed.] The Council directed the Provost to sign the address, and to transmit it to Lord Sidmouth, principal Secretary of State, for him to present it to the Prince Regent.
