The Council allocated aid from the Poor's Fund to the following applicants:
Richard Jamson, shipmaster in Aberdeen - £5
James Strachan, merchant tailor - £4
James Harvey, Burgess, residing at Murcar - £5
George Bisset, heckler - £4 orphan bursary for one of his children, a daughter
James Watt, merchant - £4
Mrs Shepherd, relict of William Shepherd Esq, sometime Baillie - £10
Mrs Gibson, relict of William Gibson, merchant - two £4 orphan bursaries for two of her children
John Mackay, son of the late Alexander Mackay, Burgess - £5 from the Bedlam Fund
Mrs Ann Smith, widow of James Weir, manufacturer - £4 orphan's bursary
Mrs Graham, daughter of the late John Ewen, merchant in Aberdeen - £5 interim supply
The following pensioners were granted additional sums to their existing pensions from the Poor's Fund:
Alexander Forbes, vintner in Aberdeen - £2
William Bisset - £1
Robert Jack, late merchant - £1
Mrs Craig, widow of William Craig, sometime merchant in Aberdeen - £1
Mrs Christian Lumsden, widow of Thomas Lumsden, merchant in addition to £3 granted last year - £2 per warrant, £5 in all
Jean Chalmers, recommended by the relatives of the mortifier, the Misses Ogilvie, to be placed on the funds of Lady Drum's Hospital - £2
The Council directed all other pensions from the Town's Funds to be continued unaltered.

By the Act of Parliament obtained in the last session for erecting a new Jail for the City and County of Aberdeen adjoining the present Court House in the Lodge Walk, powers were conferred upon the Commissioners to appropriate the stables belonging to the Aberdeen Mason Lodge, currently held by Mr Anderson. In lieu of these stables, the Council agreed that the Dean of Guild give off part of the Poultry Market, at the back of the New Inn, to accomodate the Mason Lodge with ground for erecting new stables. (124v - 125r)
The Council authorised the sale by public roup of a small piece of ground at the Bridge at Holburn Street belonging to the Treasurer, to be sold at the upset price of £60. (125r - 125v)
