The Council remitted to the Standing Committee to adjust the articles of roup of the Lands of Easter Carnie belonging to the Dean of Guild, to be entered at £400 yearly feu duty, redeemable at twenty-five year's purchase and subject to the present liferent lease. (129r - 129v)
The Council remitted to the Standing Committee to adjust the articles of roup of the Lands and Mill of Buxburn belonging to the Treasurer, to be entered at £150 yearly feu duty, reserving the multures of the different lands articled to the present Mill. (129v - 130r) |
