Description"Charter by Robert I confirming to his Burgesses and community of Abirden all the liberties, Laws and rights in which they were formerly infeft, freeing them of all King's Customs, duties of Carriage, Captions, attachments, impediments or exactions whatever; without burgh, and granting them full power of taking, incarcerating and punishing all those who walk around in the said Burgh against the Statutes of the King and Burghs.
