Description | "Charter by Robert III granting to the Burgesses and Community of Abirdene, his special license for making, constructing and building a house for a Court House with upper and lower apartments, the House to be 80 feet in length, and 30 feet in breadth, to be built anywhere the saids Burgesses please, within the said Burgh, excepting only the middle of the Market place, and to be held in fee and heritage.
