Description | "Charter by James II granted with the advice and deliberation of his Council, relieving all his Lieges of the Burgh of Perth and Northward of said Burgh, of all Customs upon English goods brought into these parts, excepting only the Customs of Cloths, 32 pence from every Chaldron of Victual, and 2/- from every Barrel of Salmon; and this Concession to his lieges in these parts, and the relief to all his other lieges of the Customs upon fish, to continue till his majority and after that, during his pleasure.
