| Description | "Charter by John Banerman of Alysick [Elsick], disponing in consideration of the Sum of 140 Merks Scots to his Uncle John Banerman, Burgess of Aberdeen, all his lands of the Croffs, with the pertinents, being within the Sheriffdom of Aberdeen "witht wod and querrell" etc etc but redeemable always on payment of the said Sum, by one or two instalments, within the Kirk of Elon [Ellon].
Said Charter is dated at Aberdeen, 13th November 1440"
