Description | "Charter by James III granting to the Provost, Baillies, Council, and Community of the Burgh of Aberdene, the lands of Crwuys with the pertinents, lying within the Sheriffdom of Abirdene, resigned in the King's Hands, at Striueline [Stirling], by the said John Banerman of Alesick, to be held "in feodo et hereditate". as freely as the said John Banerman held it before his Resignation, reserving the King's duties.
