Description | Charter by Alexander II granting to his Burgh and Burgesses of Aberdeen the rights and liberties which his predecessors granted to the Burgh and Burgesses of Perth. Primarily concerns market, buying and selling rights, the manufacture of cloth, opening of shops and running of taverns, regulation of the Merchant Guild, and punishments for breaking the law.
