DescriptionCharter by W[illiam], Bishop of St. Andrews, R[obert], Bishop of Glasgow, Duncan Earl of Fyf [Fife], Alexander Cumyn, Earl of Buchan, Constable, and Justiciary of Scotland, John Cumyn and James Steward of Scotland, Keepers of the Kingdom of Scotland, constituted by the Common Council appointing Andrew Abbot of Cupir [Cupar] and Heugh [Hugh] Abbot of Scon [Scone], Cristinus de Insula, John Aibbot, and John Richardson burgesses of Pert [Perth], or any three or two of them, for hearing and determining justly, and according to an Assize, at Scone, on the Thursday after the Ascension next to come, the quarrel between the Burgesses and Community of Abirden [Aberdeen], on the one part, and the Burgesses and Community of Munros, on the other part, regarding the Markets of the saids Towns, According to the tenor of their Charters relating to this matter: said Charter is dated at Edinburg [Edinburgh
