Description"Contract and Agreement between Sir Alexander Drummond of Midhope, knight, one of the Lords of Sercet Council, and of the Court of Session, Principal Judge Depute, under the Duke of Lennox in the Office of Admiralty of Scotland, with the Consent of Sir James Weymis of Bogie, knight, Vice Admiral, on the one part, and the Provost and Baillies of Aberdeen on the other part...giving them jurisdiction over all Vessels belonging to the said burgh, but no others...binding themselves to pay yearly to the said Sir Alexander Drummond the sum of £6.13.4 Scots..."
