| Description | Charter by Queen Anne in favour of Robert Menzies, merchant in Aberdeen, third lawful son of the deceased Alexander Menzies of Kimmundy, of all and whole that fourth part of the town and lands of Mameulach, called Boddams, with the Mill, Multures, and Knaveships, with the teinds great and small, Rectorial and Vicarage, lying within the Parish of New Machar; to be held of the Queen in fee and heritage for rendering the old duties and prestations, contained in the ancient writs of the said lands- dated 12th February 1711. |
