| Description | Sasine of the lands of Kimmundy in favour of Robert Cuming of Birnes in relief of a bond of Cautionry, entered into by him, Major James Buchan of Auchmacoy, and Robert Menzies, Merchant in Aberdeen, on behalf of the said Charles Menzies for the sum of 3,000 Merks Scots money. Said Sasine, which proceeds upon Bond of relief dated 31st October 1711 is itself dated 5th December 1711, and is registered in the particular Register of Sasines, Reversions, &c., kept for the Counties of Aberdeen and Kincardine, on 9th January 1712. |
