In case of financial dispute concerning the aforementioned parties, finding that the case in question is not a maritime matter but a transaction between two landed men and therefore not within the jurisdiction of the magistrates of Aberdeen as Vice-Admiral Deputes, though it is heard within that capacity as the defendant is of the travelling class of gentry and has no fixed address, and goods arrested as part of the dispute were newly landed at the shore.
