TitleGarden of Troup: Receipt, Robert Garden for Certain Writes of Delgaty Which he is to Send Up to Edinburgh
DescriptionRobert Garden noted he had received a copy of the charter chests of Delgaty registering the transfer of the lands and estate of Delgaty from James Earl of Erroll to Peter Garden dated 20th April 1763. Likewise he registered receipt of a disposition in 1785 of a copy of the sasine in Peter Garden's favour dated 17th October 1763. He also acknowledges the work of Alexander Forbes Junior for the making out of titles for Delgaty in favour of Alexander Garden.
