Description | Decision of the Baillie court of Old Aberdeen against George Smyth, heritor of Old Aberdeen [name crossed out] and John King of College Bounds, commanding that they pay £10 scots for refusing to enter themselves freemen and burgesses of Old Aberdeen, 'contrair to the practice of the toune and friedome of the same'.
