DescriptionInformation and complaint of David Crookshank, constable within the parish of Belhelvie, for attention of the Justices of the Peace of the presbytery of Aberdeen. Regarding malicious accusations made against him by George Aiken, all stemming from an allegation by Aiken that Crookshank's dog 'had worried ane sheep' belonging to Aiken.

On the reverse side is a statement initialled by Aiken, binding himself 'not to trouble or molest the said David Cruikshank any maner of way by miscalling or backbiting or reproaching him with his tongue…' 27 November 1708
