| Description | The volume, dating from 18 August 1893 to 8 April 1908, comprises 37 double pages listing the description of articles on the left hand side and the disposal of articles on the right hand page. Each set of pages catalogues a separate type of article (blankets, pillow slips, men's vests) and they note the date of the description, the date of the disposal and also the reason for disposal, usually worn done. There is a loose page at the back of the volume with pencil notes, dated 18 August 1893, the date of the first entries in the volume, that lists the articles to be noted in the volume and which page they will be noted on. |
