Balfour Robb was president of the South Aberdeen Unionists' Association, founder member and secretary of the Aberdeen Progressive Association, member of the Aberdeen Town Council for the Rubislaw Ward for 12 years (1954 - 1966) and led the Progressive Group on the council for three years. |
