Protocol Books and Registers of Sasines from 1611 until 1942 (with gaps) are held at the National Archives of Scotland under the Series Reference B7.

Minutes of Sasines are written summaries of the content of the deeds themselves, and were recorded for reference and given a running number. They do not contain the full character and clauses of each deed.
