I beg to say that I was similarly employed at Perth for nine months as Bulker and Sub-Collector. I enclose certificates from my superiors while in Perth and I can also refer as to my conduct while in my present office of Superintendent of the House of Refuge here the Treasurer and any of the Directors. I am respectfully, Gentlemen, your most obedient humble servant, Stuart MacLeod."</dc:description>
