Road is divided with wire barrier, with bricks and a building, presumably a goods shed, on the right and groups of men on the left, including several soldiers and officials (possibly ARP wardens?). A group of men seem to be working on a drain in the centre of the shot. There are signs of bomb damage all around. Identical to AHB/11/1/85/1. 1941
