1 Executive Summary/Recommendations 
1.1 This report is to give options to Kincardine &amp; Mearns Area Committee for 
providing a permanent solution to the ongoing safety issues associated with the 
narrow lane at Seaview Terrace, Johnshaven.
A total of four options have been set out, detailing the advantages and 
disadvantages of each and the Committee will be asked to choose which option 
to take forward.
