Following the death of Mr Francis Peacock, Teacher of Dancing in Aberdeen, the  Council elected Mr Alexander Cameron, Teacher of Dancing in Dundee, to succeed  him in that office, ahead of Mr Archibald Duff, at an annual salary of £7.  Provost More expressed his opinion that insufficient notice had been given as to  this election. (30r - 30v)</dc:description>
