Bogfairly Charters: Commission for feuing the Lands of Bogferlowe [Bogfairly] to Gilbert Menzies Commission by the Baillies, Council, and Community of Aberdeen, to certain Burgesses, for feuing the lands of Bogferlowe to Gilbert Menzies, for the space of 19 years, on account of a certain sum advanced by him to defray the expenses of the queens reception, and, after the completion of the said 19 years, for 5 years farther, at the usual rent.
