Warrants of Transportation, Death and Banishment: Act of Imprisonment against Alexander Mackallaster accused of Murder 13th July- Alexander Mackallaster, already a prisoner at the Tolbooth, threw a large stone down the stairs at Alexander Leonard, Servant to William Murdoch Keeper of the Tolbooth. The stone struck him in the head which broke his skull and he subsequently died on 3rd July 1722. 1722
