Then: the Hospital's Management Committee; Girls' Hospital Committee; Visitign Committee (for superintending the general concerns of the Hospital); School Committee (for superintending the education of the girls); Committee of Auditors of Accounts; and Admission Committee, whose minutes record the name, age, birth date, parent's name and address of girls' admitted to the Hospital.
There are also Visitation Reports and lists of Directors.
From April 1845 there are annual minutes of general meetings of the Boys' and Girls' Hospital, and from March 1848 minutes of meetings considering the merger of the two institutions, including the minutes of the Interim Committee of Management of the Boys' and Girls' Hospital.
