The petitioner is the daughter of the Late William Rolland, shipmaker. she had been in receipt of a benefice made in the said mortification to go to the nearest female relative; however, its benefice was removed from her to be given to her cousin. The petitioner being in necessitous circumstances, is seeking financial aid out of the mortification funds, which she will repay when her elderly cousin dies and benifice reverts to her. |
