Title	Extract Act of the Town Council of Aberdeen anent the debt due by John Elphinston and proposing a submission to bring money from Virginia
Description	Act of 25th December 1762 detailing terms of submission with William Brebner as Trustee for Provost Mowat and Company whereby the monies from the estate of John Elphinston should be brought from Virginia and placed in a responsal house in London or tendered to an arbiter. Brebner is factor for Provost Mowat's sequestered estate and is considered a reasonable party by the office bearers of the Royal Burgh of Aberdeen.
