- "Inventory of the Writes and Evidents of the Lands and Estate of Meikle Crichie Delivered by John Thain of Crichie to Thomas Robertson of Downiehills", signed by both parties and four witnesses (12 pages with 57 items listed), 1733 with additional notes from 1743/5. Interleaved with letter from John Thain about outstanding writs (6 July 1733); letter from James Ferguson Pitfour about the adjudication of Crichie, 1729, with 1742 note attached. Numbered 122)
