| Description | The Harbour Commissioners granted permission for construction work on the Harbour estate, with plans submitted to the Commissioners to approve (similar to the City building warrants in the BW collection).
The plans were arranged by the Harbour by block, which are geographical areas moving counter clockwise round the harbour from Pocra Quay to Torry. This arrangement has been retained.
