Each school year has a separate tab in the spreadsheet.
Please note the following regarding the school leavers data:
• Details for all school leavers are included, and the data includes all reasons for leaving (i.e. not just those leavers who have ‘Left school (over minimum leaving age)’; includes pupils moving to another school during the session; and includes P7-S1 transitions (P7 pupils moving to secondary school)).
• Some pupils may have a record in more than one session year tab (i.e. duplicate record across session years), depending on when the pupil was marked as a leaver (e.g. some leavers marked retrospectively) and whether this was before/after the SEEMiS Turnaround process (in July) and before/after the start of the following session year.
• There may be more than one record for a pupil within a session year tab if they have transferred schools or left more than one school within the session.
• Copied records (Status 02 ‘Pupil on the roll of another school’) have been included, so that there is a record of the pupil attending another school (not just their base school). |
