The Council approved the Provost's report of the sale by public roup of the following feu duties, casualties and superiorities:
Feu duties and superiority of the Lands of Leddach in the Parish of Skene, [details of money and victual value given] were purchased by Alexander Crombie, advocate, the Dean of Guild's vassal for £1,510
Feu duties and superiority of Lochside [details of money and victual value given] were purchased by Mr Skene of Skene for £540
Superiority of Easter Kinmundy, Wester Kinmundy, Blackhills, Easter Kirktown and Fiddy, parts of the Lands of Easter Skene, [details of value given] were purchased by Alexander Crombie, advocate for £325
Feu duties, casualties of the superiority and reserved right of quarries of Springhill and Springfield, and the feu duty of the ground at Footdee, were purchased by William Forbes for £450 3 shillings 4 pence
A piece of barren ground adjoining Springfield was purchased by Mr Forbes for £45

The Council approved the report of the committee authorised to purchase houses and other property in and about Footdee within the range of the harbour improvements, which stated that the committee had purchased from Katharine Marr, widow of David Cuming, shipmaster, a house and piece of ground at Footdee adjoining the flood mark, for £330. (232r)

The Council resolved to support James Farquhar Esq, the Member of Parliament for the District of Burghs, as their candidate, in the event of a General Election before the next annual election of the Council. [Letter of application engrossed]. (232r - 232v)

The Council fixed 8 April 1806 for a meeting to elect their Commissioner to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland on 23 May 1806. (232v - 233r)
