Asking whether pupil, Herbert Raitt (referred to in other letters as Herbert Duguid), had returned to school. Reply overleaf dated 13th of October 1925 confirming he had not.

Details about a potential pupil from Stonehaven, Elizabeth Jane Currie, aged 12 (D.O.B. 9/9/1913), who had presented herself to the school for admission with no prior schooling or home tuition in her life at all. Letter is doubtful as to whether she would be able to stay in school.

States that he is unlikely to return until the Spring and questions whether his name should be kept on the roll.
