Description | "Factory and Commision by the Baillies, Council and Community, empowering the said John Collisoun Elder and Mr. Henry Bonaviss, as their Commissioners, to appear before the Auditors of Exchequer at Edinburgh, on the 16th day of September; then instant and there to produce the Charter granted by the Kings Royal predecessors relieving free Burgesses of the Burgh of all Custom upon their Salmon, and that for the exoneration of the Town's Customer, before the saids Auditors.
