| Description | "Decreet of the Lords of Council and Session against the Tenants of the Crofts, Alterages and properties whatsoever belonging to the Black and White Friars of Aberdeen, or others, granted by the foresaid Precept, finding them liable in payment of the Rents and Duties, exigible thereform by the Provost, Baillies, Council and Community, now in possession thereof.
Said Decreet is dated 26th May 1584."
