| Description | "Letters of Publications folowing upon the Charter (No. 39 immediately preceding [SRO/2/1/A2/39]) charging all the King's Officers and Judges to desist from requiring the attendance of the Provost, Baillies, Council and Community of Aberdeen, at Raids, Inquests etc., as specified in the said Charter. Given under the Signet, at Edinburgh, 31st December 1593; and produced and admitted as the Charter in the Justiciary Court, at Edinburgh, 2nd December 1615."
