Description	William Law residing in Links of Arduthy in the county of Kincardine and present prisoner in the Tolbooth at Aberdeen was accused of housebreaking, theft, and breaking prison (escaping). Confessed to breaking out of the Tolbooth in Stonehaven. Sentenced to 14 years' transportation under pain of death.
