Description	Jean Ley daughter of John Ley at Coullie, prisoner in the Tolbooth at Aberdeen was accused of child murder. Sentenced to be banished from Scotland for life. If she were to return to Scotland she would be imprisoned again, then whipped publicly through the streets and banished forthwith.
