| Description | Petition of Mr Andrew Grey, on behalf of William Kingsbury to the Town Council of Aberdeen. Mr Kingsberry, who had the freedom of the burgh conferred to him always thought he only had to pay single shore dues for any merhcant goods that he ships to Aberdeen, however, the shore master John Guthrie asked for double shore dues. Mr Kingsbury would like to know whether he has to pay single or double shore dues. 26th October 1775. |
