Description	Opinion by the Lord Advocate on the prosecution of rioters held at Aberdeen; the rioters should not be moved to be tried at Edinburgh due to danger of their being rescued on the journey. In addition, Aberdeen is the third town in Scotland by point of size, and "there is an end to justice and all good order if prisoners cannot be kept in safety there."
