Administrative HistoryStockethill Infant School opened in September 1948 and closed in June 1959. The pupils were transferred to Kingswood Infant School. The Holy Family Roman Catholic School opened in the former Stockethill Infant School buildings in August 1959, for children between the ages of 5 and 8 years displaced by the closure of St Mary's Roman Catholic School.
