(The experiment, one of four conducted in Britain, involved the forces of Scottish North-East Counties, Inverness Burgh, Inverness County, Ross and Sutherland, and was based at RAF Kinloss. Scottish North-East Counties Constabulary provided the police liaison officer for the experiment.)
